hey fellow SoCal yogi's
any suggestions [yay or nay] for the certification programs based out of Los Angeles county yoga studios?
specific teachers, studios, practices etc. would be really helpful.
I'm interested in a 200 course for now - to expand my knowledge and delve deeper into personal practice, could use this to teach others as they come to me but will not be seeking out jobs anytime soon to teach in a formal setting.
thank you with kindness.

Christy gives an intensive training, with lots of information. A blend of styles and lots of sutra work too.
I am so happy I did it years ago cause it is a good base. Friends in the training with me later took training with other styles and how felt that it was helpful to have the training with Christy first. Honestly, gives a real sense of Yoga (capital Y) not just the work out....
Have a great journey.

Mon, October 12, 2009 - 11:27 AMCloud Nine is awesome! I'm taking the course with them down in Orange County, but they have locations up your way, too. The program is very thourough and allows for different backgrounds and ideals. You are free to practice what you want, but are guided through with education and safety issues. Plus everyone is so cool and nice! :-)
