Hi, the studio I work at uses Dharma-tribe. It is great when it works but frequently goes down for all kinds of reasons. The service is Ok but tends to come with an "its not our fault" attitude. Our studio owner has invested a lot into the system otherwise she probably would have moved to another program but I dont know if there is any more reliable. We teach about 75 classes a week and have full retail and payroll on the same system. Anyone else have experience with Dharma-tribe?

I just joined becuase I had to respond to your question! I own a small studio in a suburb of Houston. About 100 students; 17 classes a week. I have been using Mind Body Online for about a year, and I think it is fabulous! It has saved me countless hours on necessary tasks, and had given me the ability to track info that I never could before. And I just use it at home; it is not in the studio, so I didn't have to mess with getting an internet connection and training my teachers on it. Hoping to do that in the next year or so. So, attendance is initially tracked in the studio on paper, and then I input new students, tuition packages, contact information, credit cards, etc., at home. The system sends out reminders to students when their tuiton is due, and that has made a huge difference in my ability to collect tuition on time, and keep students coming. I can't recommend MBO enough. Customer service had been fabulous, and I pay less than $30 a month. Well worth every penny.
